The basic process is – Collection – Sorting & Cleaning – Shredding – Mixing with plastic fibres and natural binders – Molding – Compression – Drying and Curing – Final surface coating

The final recycled board is strong and durable; can be customized in size, thickness, and finish; can be used for wall panels, partitions, flooring, furniture, packaging, and displays; and, helps reduce construction waste and saves natural resources
